The nursery will be closed for the next 48 hours to focus on winterization work that must be done prior to our first hard freeze this weekend.
Please do not email during this time. Please let me work. Every email forces me to stop working: there is no 'customer service department', it's just me doing all the work, and no work gets done when I'm emailing.
Shipping will resume on Monday. All orders should be fully caught up and shipped by Tuesday (but only if I'm allowed to work instead of doing emails!).
Please do not email asking when your order will ship, especially if you've already done so. Your order is not lost or forgotten; it will be shipped very soon. It's worth noting that all of the orders would have already shipped if not for all the time spent answering those types of emails.
