There has been a much larger volume of orders than anticipated, and it's causing our turnaround times to get longer.
It will take up to a week to ship new orders that are placed right now. If you have already placed your order, please know that we are behind our estimates by a few days and will ship your cuttings asap.
We hope to be fully caught up by early next week. Once we're caught up, our turnaround times will go back down to the normal 1-2 days for cuttings orders.
